Warranty

Acquiring and replacing defective parts are 100% free of charge to you. Warranty repairs only cover hardware replacements. Any other service is considered out of warranty.

Non-Warranty

Any PC that is not covered under an extended warranty plan or Apple's initial warranty is considered out of warranty. Warranty status can be determined over the telephone by providing us with the serial number of your product.

For established customers pick up and delivery of both warranty and non-warranty work can be arranged at no additional charge.

On-Time Repairs

Turn-around times for Apple repairs are usually less than 1 week. Any repairs going over this time are likely due to out-of-stock parts or shipping delays. Our certified technicians have experience with all types of Mac PC's and any Apple operating system software.
